I like my gym, I really do, but sometimes it can still annoy me. See if you can spot what might annoy me about this video.
Now, I've read about Spartan training before. It's not a new concept and it's taken a while to get here. I thought it sounded quite interesting. Apparently though, Spartan training isn't for women. 'Cause, you know, if we swung too many of those kettle bells we might get, you know, muscles or something. And that would be unfeminine. Because, you know, we're not supposed to lift more than 3kg at a time.
Sigh.

I couldn't get the video to load (probably something going on with my mac - had a few of those issues lately) BUT I know several women who do kettlebell circuits/classes! And have you seen the New Rules of Lifting for Women where the book tells us to lift real weights - not "Barbie" weights?! I would be "grrrrr" too.
Yeah, we might get big and huge if we lifted like that *insert sarcasm*.
Sheesh what a sausage fest! :) It looks like fun though.
Well to be fair, at least it's kinda historically accurate to leave out the women in Spartan training;p
Actually, in my head there was a tiny blonde woman doing all that alongside those guys and totally kicking their butts;p
Plus if you think about it, there's quite a few women only things going on at LM at the mo' - maybe some of the boys complained?
